Copper River salmon embark on one of the most grueling migrations in the wild, swimming over 300 miles of frigid, fast-moving waters. This journey forces them to develop higher faat content – those prized Omega 3’s – Resulting in a rich, buttery texture and a vibrant ruby color!

This salmon will be available for a limited time in our seafood department starting on May 31, 2025.
