Incredibly tender meat with a mild, delicate flavor. Its skin roasts to a perfect, crisp finish, making it the perfect choice for creating a traditional, crispy-skinned Lechon. A smaller younger pig, perfect for smaller gatherings.
Whole Hogs
(100-200 lbs)
A fully grown hog with a richer, more pronounced pork flavor and a higher meat-to-fat ratio. Ideal for large feasts, backyard pig roasts, luau catering, or weddings.
